John provides advice to clients that include Financial Institutions, Accountants, and Legal Advisors who seek his guidance, particularly in relation to the Hospitality market. His specialities include Hotel and Motel sales and acquisitions, Hotel Design and Development, Lease Covenants, Lease renegotiations and Market Rental Assessments.
